I really enjoy and recommend this audiobook because it is very insightful and gives solid real life examples so you can better understand what he is telling you.

The book has made me more cognizant of my hand movements, feet positioning, and facial expressions. I noticed I sometimes give off the wrong body language, showing my boredom or nervousness. This will benefit me in dating, as well as other aspects of my life, for sure!
