There are a lot of "Spiritual Materialism" manifestation cds & dvds out there. This is not one of them. It is much deeper, closer to discovering who/what you truly are while gaining insights into cause and effect. If you can really drop into a present state while listening, the vibrational gifts are something I'm enjoying over and over.

A bit too abstract for me. But good

Great message. But a bit difficult to visualise some of the meditations. A lil too abstract to where I cannot apply what I learned in real life situations, but only in my own thoughts.

I got this book a while ago but I couldn't finish it at the time as I had not tasted my manifesting powers yet. this book pairs perfectly with Sonia's book for creating your hearts desire.
