It was okay

I got lost a few times when listening to this because to me, it seems like the author goes off on quite a few tangents. In my opinion, only the last 25 to 50% of the book was information I was looking for in regards to the 80/20 principal.

80/20 Refresher

I discovered the 80/20 books years ago, and enjoy incorporating them into my routine.

The concept

It was thought provoking And full of simple to understand concepts that are easily applied.

Great strategies for managers

Listened to it a couple times.

On the surface some of the ideas of will make you uncomfortable if you are a fan of command and control philosophies.

I will probably listen to it again.

Great resource for managers

Wish I had read this many years ago. Truly inspiring read and listen. Reading and listening to it at the same time made for a richer and more reflective experience.
