Keeps getting better

I have enjoyed this series since the first book and it just continues to keep getting better. From the expanding world to the characters and the plot evolution. this is definitely a must read/listen for fans of the genre.

Steampunk Fantasy Adventure!!!

An adventure in the skies. Levi's finally unlocking his true potential, and unintentionally recreating and adapting technology from his world using magic. And now the real enemy has revealed itself. Looking forward to the sequel.

Awesome book.

This is such a great series. Great progression, good fun and plenty of sexy time. Deacon hits it out of the park as always. The narrators are amazing. Katana Jones, absolutely perfect In everything she does.

good story, but a sign of the times, I get there are aliens and magic beings in this books universe, but wow you really leaned into the the they/them/theirs thing huh?
good book but keep out the current events bullshit.

This series just keeps getting better.

While most series seem to diminish the longer they go on, this is not the case. Deacon Frost (awesome name btw) weaves a tale of wonder evolving his craft and characters daring you to journey with the MC as his tale unfolds. The narrator's, story, and characters are a phenomenal blend that will have you pleading for the next audiobook. Simply great

Had its share of nuisances.

Overall? Brilliant. However, there were parts I just COULDN'T enjoy. For example, minor spoiler here, but yeah, okay. I get he's the MC and a Demon Lord and all, but I hate the sorta Deus Ex Machina stuff that happens here. Every new struggle, he somehow just recently got exactly what he needed to best the problem. That happens some in the past, but not as often as it does in this book.

That being said... I REALLY enjoyed the book as a whole, and I will be listening to book 4 as soon as it comes out on Audible. I enjoyed the idea of airships getting involved. I enjoy his specie taking a more important position. I enjoy the dynamic the girls have with him, especially Nox. No lie, I kinda wanted to see her solve the issues as the "alpha" of the harem. His new silver toy? That promises to be fun, especially as he learns to use it efficiently like he is the other one. I'm trying to be vague and not give out spoilers, but I'm just making it sound dirty. Which... Given this book, I suppose is alright! Zusan's reveal surprised me, though.

Can't wait for more!

keeps getting better

I usually stear clear of steam punk and school settings but this series blends the two well. add magic into the mix and you have a real winner. the mc is likable and funny. I really love the bits of pop culture sprinkled in. both the narrators are awesome but katana Jones is a goddess.
