Loved everything about this one

I love my visits to Cloverleigh Farm and I have to say Tempt is one of my favourite reads in the series. This is Milie MacAllister and Zack Barrett’s journey and boy do they have a captivating tale to tell.
Sebastian York and Lucy Rivers were perfect with their narration. They all the highs, all the giggles as well as the lows and they were easy to listen to.
Millie is the wedding planner for Cloverleigh Farm and she is wrapped up planning her ex Mason and his new fiancé Lori’s wedding and as you can imagine that brings a lot of additional pressure and anxiety so when her sister Winnie challenges her to go down to the bar and flirt with a hot stranger she jumps at the chance. Imagine her surprise when the hot stranger turns out to be the man who rescued her from a married creep flirting with her when they were stranded at an airport in NYC…….
What follows is an entertaining and emotional journey as Zack and Millie fight the attraction they both feel, he thinks he is too old and not capable of love and she believes all her ex’s end up getting married to the next girl who walks into their life’s. So can this pair get past their insecurities and see what’s right in front of their nose, will they take a chance for themselves and stop worrying what others think…..one click to find that out.
This book has it all, it made me smile, it made me swoon, I giggled and at times I wanted to bang Zack and Millie’s heads together but what shone through was love and that’s what made this be written story very special. Love the second generation stories from Cloverleigh Farm and I’m excited for what’s next and the audible of Tempt.

This is my second favorite of the new generation series. Ignite will still be number 1! I love how Mel was able to add her own spin on a class “ex boyfriends dad” Perfect spicy and small town feels.

Love Millie and Zach!

Oh the irony of Millie's ONS stand having a connection to her not so distant past. She sure did kiss a lot of frogs before she found Zach. She needed someone like Zach to balance out her independence. Does that make sense? He was older, mature, and made her feel wild and free. There were no obligations or deadlines to meet when they were together. The forbidden aspect may have lent itself to that. Millie and Zach had chemistry, but they were also perfect for each other. Keeping their relationship a secret I could have done without, but I understood why for Zach's sake. In the end, the author put it best, "Sometimes you just have to believe everything happens for a reason, and trust in the people you love to protect and guide you." Sigh..

Sebastian York and Lucy Rivers...chef's kiss... on the perfect pairing to voice Zach and Millie.

Inferno of heat in here!

I think Tempt might actually be my favorite Melanie Harlow book ever. She went there with Zach. He was so much. He was an older man. A former Navy Seal (yum-o). Plus, he works private security and gets to travel. Not to mention, he’s dominating, strong and oh so confident. Millie is a perfect match for him. Can I add that I love that Harlow gives us real plus size women. We get women that have more than a handful. Women with curves for days. I appreciate that as a plus size woman myself. Millie is also a strong and confident woman. However, she doesn’t mind giving some of the power over to Zach behind closed doors. These two are an inferno together!

Then we learn WHO Zach is and everything kind of falls apart. Millie and Zach are magnets though. They cannot stay away. The title, Tempt, was perfect because these two have a high tension for tempting the other. They can’t fight it no matter how hard they try. What happens when the cat is out of the bag and everyone knows their secrets? Read or listen to find out! You won’t be disappointed! The narration by Sebastian York and Lucy Rivers was out of this world! The narration perfectly matched the story. York embodied this strong, alpha male flawlessly. Rivers was perfect at walking the life for Millie. She was strong but also didn’t mind submitting to her partner.

What a great finale to the Cloverleigh series!

I have loved the Cloverleigh Farms series so much and Tempt was a great finale to the series! I adored Millie and Zach. Age gap is not usually my thing, but Tempt totally changed that for me. I was excited to see that Millie was a plus-sized main character- it's always refreshing to read about someone so real and close to the average size of the American woman these days. Tempt had emotion, sweetness, and so much steam! Narrators Sebastian York and Lucy Rivers gave great performances. I listened at 1.3X, which is my typical speed, and I found the audio to be perfectly conversational for me at that speed.
