I resonated with the competitive alpha and love the tips for meditation and routines to break bad subconscious habits. Very good read!

The Narrator's voice was monotoned... thus boring to listen to.

There was no enthusiasm in the narrator's voice otherwise, even though I've heard the info before, I may have wanted to hear it again from her.

Torn on how to rate this book fairly

This was my first audible audio book and I must admit that the first 4 chapters of the book did not impress me and I really thought about returning it. I forced myself to finish listening to the book and I did find value is chapter 5 and gained new perspective in underlying cause of why I may tend to act controlling or pushy. I also learned how applying the law of attraction principles may help me deal with my issues and anxiety in a spiritual way so overall I did learn a couple of useful things although I was not s big fan of the tone that was used throughout the book to describe females. My biggest frustration with the book is the fact that you have to upload the mediation recordings and supplementary text is very difficult to retrieve. Customer support is non existing if you run into issues retrieving complimentary materials but the authors spam you with whole bunch of coaching offers once they get your email address.
