This is the second in the new anthology series Stories to make you Shudder.
Short stories have always had a place in our lives. Whether it was reading comics as a child, watching TV shows like Twilight Zone, Tales of the Unexpected or The Outer Limits, or indeed telling stories to friends and family. Everyone has a story to tell that sends shivers down the spine.
There were two anthology series of books popular during my childhood, The Pan book of Horror Stories and The Fontana Book of Ghost Stories. This collection takes inspiration from those. Some of the tales are of the supernatural variety, while others belong most definitely in the horror category. But each are best listened to by candlelight.
