Bubba is back, and it's time to get swampy!
It seems like everyone's favorite redneck monster hunter just can't stay out of the muck lately. Between Florida gator amusement parks and Washington politics, the last couple of years have seen Bubba trudging through all kinds of nastiness, and it ain't getting any better when he heads down to the South Carolina low country to hunt down The Lizard Man of South Carolina!
That's right, the best way to get Bubba out of his grief is to get his giant carcass back to work, so that's what he's doing as he dives headfirst into the swamps of SC, but as usual, he finds more than he bargained for when he doesn't just find the Lizard Man, but a whole Lizard Family, and they're the ones needing rescued!
Swing Low is the first installment in Bubba the Monster Hunter Season Six.

A Real Good Pick up Story After Joe
This was a good grieving story to losing Joe. Not too maudlin, not too Palouse. Just right. With a whole new action and adventure story thrown in to boot. This was a fine wrap up story for their dear friend Uncle Fr. Joe.

If you want a real monster hunter book read the MHI series
I use to actually love this series as well as the Quincy Harker books but I feel like both went down the drain when the author's crossover flopped hard. He had the opportunity to make an amazing crossover and whiffed hard, now it seems like both characters instead of getting better only turned for the worse. I miss when Bubba was actually practical and funny, now this series is just awful returning this title and all the others books ASAP
