Great Series Starter

This was a great start to a new series that I am looking forward to seeing where this author will take us. The narrator did a fantastic job of breathing life into the story and made this a fun listen. I hope there is a long and happy collaboration between author and narrator.

The story is well paced and had me guessing until the very end. I love this story.

This book is a really good paranormal cozy it draws everyone in and is appropriately spooky without being gorey or just tropey. Also no overt foul language is always a plus.

Wonderful mystery

This is a great book. The story is well written, and narrated. Beth Dolgner knows how to write a good mystery. She gives clues that lead you one way and then flips you around with the next clue. She puts obstacles in the way of the characters as if they are real. The narrator knows how to bring the characters to life. The intonation of Shade's voice is perfect. Weather you like to read or to listen to a good audio book this is one for everyone.

Sweet Dreams Indeed, But Not Always

When you run a Haunted Bed and Breakfast, you have to be prepared for anything to happen. It does in this sweet cozy with helpful, eager guests, a medium, and a ghost determined to have her murder solved and punished. Emily has her hands full, and sleep doesn't always bring the sweet dreams she wants.

If you are looking for a relaxing, yet intriguing listen or read, you won't go wrong with this one. See if you can get to the solution before Emily does. It will be a challenge. That I promise you.

Ghosts, Dreams, & A Mystery

This was my first experience with Beth Dolgner's work and it was entertaining and fun. Emily runs a bed and breakfast that is located next to a cemetery and is reputed to be haunted by ghosts. Emily contacts her friend Sage, a physic medium, to help her to understand the inexplicable happenings going on in her place, when the ghostly activity becomes more serious than strange noises and unexpected cold spots. I recommend this book to others who enjoy a good mystery. Patricia Shade's narration was great as her voice was pleasant. I was given a free copy of the audiobook and I have voluntarily left this review.

Cute, kept me guessing

Enjoyed the story and the presentation. Kept me guessing the whole time. Love the characters and looking forward to the next books.

A Fun and Well Crafted Mystery

I gotta say, I really enjoyed this audiobook. The mystery was well crafted and I loved how the last two sentences left me wanting the second book. The main characters are developed enough to make you care, but there's still plenty to dig into. That it's set in a B&B allows for new people to come in and I think will be great for new and fresh stories. Finally, the narrator did a great job. My pet peeve with autiobooks is when there's no differentiation with character voices and I think Patricia was excellent with that.

I can't wait to listen to the next books in the series, and, if this one is any indication of what's to come, I hope there are many.
