A little too new age for me.
Not the worst book in the world but it's very much relies on that short of Shirley MacLaine true self actualization approach.
A great mathematician once said all models are wrong but some are useful. If you find this approach useful which I'm sure some people do probably good I personally don't find it useful. I think the mind is a lot more complicated then everything boiling down to ego versus true self.
The author takes this "law of attractiveness" and try to argue there is physics behind it, there is not.

Best Motivation and Great Storytelling
This book was so well written. I’m at a stage in my life where I needed a little kick of motivation. Dr. Tony Dufresne gave me so many helpful tools and ideas on how to not only better myself, but settle for nothing less than what I’m passionate about. Would definitely recommend!!
