Absolutely loved it!

The hardcover version of this book was my book of the year a few years back. I always wanted to own this book, but could never find a physical copy on Amazon. Now I have it on Audible. This book was revolutionary, in that it reiterated the Pareto Principle in a way that was digestible and practical. Basically, the book is saying that you have to do the few things that move the needle instead of doing a lot of things that don't. My only problem with that is that you need both effectiveness AND efficiency if you're really going to reach the top. You're not going to make it to the top just by doing one super-impactful thing a day. If only life were so simple!
