Another great novel in the Spruce Texas series

I liked this one very much. Although it seemed like Hoyt almost made a 180 in this novel compared to the last period. I still thought it was a great story. I don’t remember hearing much about Harrison before now. But it was filled in with the story. I really liked the door narration. Looking forward to the next one in the series. Off to get it now. I highly recommend this one and if you’re just starting the series go back to number one.

My heart melted listening to this book in the Spruce series! Amazing writing and the voices giving this life just make it so memorable! Harrison is teased in all the prior books I am so happy he found his happy “whatever” he deserves it! Can’t wait for the next Spruce installment!

Must read and love the series!

I have the book but HAD to get the audio and I love this series and these characters! This story was good and had so many moments! I laughed, I got flustered, turned on and smiled over and over!

Real World Example to Validate this story

My Maternal Grandfather in Nova Scotia had such a huge dick that he was known throughout the Province. He himself, Like one of the main characters in this story, was very repressed sexually. Despite his huge dick he did NOT satisfy the sexual needs of his wife--who divorced him and re-married. HE never did. During the great depression a woman paid him $2.00 just to SEE his dick. That was a lot of money then. He had the means just not the desire to put that monster dick to use--and yes! I have 2 brothers, and we all inherited some of that bountry--but NONE of use the FULL MONTY.

I just put this review for those who find this character, Unbelievable. He's NOT. And BTW: That Grandfather lived and worked on a farm his etire life. There was NO GAY in Nova Scotia in the 1920, 30's, 40's.... I only met the man once--when he was in his 70's, I wasn't yet OUT myself but even in his 70's he was drop-dead gorgeous-and that was my impression without ever seeing his dick! :-), He would have been many a gay man's WET DREAM. He just had a near zero sex drive or it was so repressed it just could not break through. Don't think he was gay--but he wasn't even making the village women happy. Kinda of waste.
