Wonderful!

A lovely story of falling in love and overcoming difficulties. Kyra is struggling to make ends meet as a single mom. Dax steps in and steps up to help her with her car, her daughter and ultimately wins her heart. They create a family together and the story ends with a satisfying HEA. I enjoyed the details of his custom furniture making business and imagining all of the beautiful pieces he builds for his wealthy clientele in East Beach. Excellent narration.

Sweet, heartfelt romance -- must read

This is a romance tale with an adorable eight year old in the mix. London does a great job creating enough tension yet letting the moments flood the feel-good zone. If you are looking for a nice listen that make you smile, this is the one.

I especially liked the narration which matched the story well. The plot was solid although there were some open minor issues left, but all considered. It is very strong.

This narrator is amazing, story is a little rough

This story seemed a little tough in some spots. It was hard to hear a woman be so emotionally needy at some points, but thankfully it twists and turns and comes out fantastic. This narrator is amazing. I love that she comes across so realistic. Out of the three Lake Haven books, this one was the hardest for me to get through. If you listen and love the first 2 lake haven stories, don't bother reading the plot of this one, just listen!! I think knowing the plot made me more rushed while listening and therefore frustrated with Kira and her emotional roller coaster.

This one has it all!

Funny, heart wrenching, AMAZING narration by Cristina Panfilio. I wish there were more books like this. Even better on the second re-read (listen).

What a fun book to keep you entertained!

I really enjoyed this book. The story line was good, keeping me ready for the next chapter. The narrator did an excellent job. I laughed out loud many times! More please!!!
