Each athlete came from a diverse background, but there were common themes that every reader can embrace and model in their own lives.
A key takeaway was how each fighter defined success - often their answers contradicted societal norms.

2. Excruciating detail about his upbringing, blah, blah blah. That' most of the chapter, his sad story.
3. Chapter ends quickly saying BJJ turned his life around. Not how it turned his life around, just that it did.
