amazing book to show some of the power of the martial artist side to Jiu-jitsu. great glimpse at many different ways Jiu-jitsu can save someone's life. Super easy read as it is full of very captivating short stories. Marty Josey does a wonderful job in narration making it a pleasure to listen to. This is one I will have on repeat 🔁 💯

A great book to listen to
This book is a good reminder of why so many people love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The stories Marty tells are great. They remind us that people from many different backgrounds come to BJJ and get so much out of training. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book on Audible.com and I hope you will too.

Outstanding book that really hit home for me
What a great book! Filled with so many personal stories that really connected with me. I love Jiu Jitsu and it’s benefits, but mostly the community of people who train Jiu Jitsu. Thanks Marty for taking time to write a book for anyone who trains.
