As chief radioman he was instrumental in assisting Captain Frederick Warder to find and destroy enemy targets. From the claustrophobia of being trapped under water and the overwhelming fear of depth charges to the joys of aiding the war-effort and the camaraderie on the ship.

Awful not even a shadow of douglas Reeman
Not readable. Poor audio presentation, awkard pausing and phrasing. A wasted credit.
Had hoped for something akin to Douglas Reeman's excellent naval stories.

maybe good story, the narrator not good
the cadence and accent of this narrator make this book a lot of work to listen to. what should have been a smooth easy flowing writing style by the author is turned into and agonizing gate of words that requires too much effort to listen to and interpret to be able to enjoy.
