It’s a great quality book; I could sense that the author put in a lot of work in this book because of the wording and the tone of the narrator. The tone of the narrator and knowing that in general people tend to overthink, made me feel comfortable. I really liked the techniques that help you manage overthinking, I especially paid a lot of attention to the sleeping chapter, since I have sleeping issues because I tend to overthink.
