wonderful book

I was sad that it ended I wish there was more like details of the wedding and children

Sweetest thing, even with the naughty bits

I have now have listened to this twice and found myself enjoying it more and more each time I do. Holly Martin has a wonderful writing style and voice and I am looking forward to hearing and reading her others.

I absolutely loved this book!

I read this book on an app called Chapters and fell completely in love with it. It had been the best story I've read there so far. I loved it so much I had to listen the audiobook of the complete story. I didn't struggle through any chapter. I was captivated the whole time! Loved it. You probably will too!

Just couldn’t Finish

The story started out promising, but became annoying. The main character is written as a Mary Sue and is my least favorite type of story to read.

Great story destroyed by childish voice of reader

Many times I thought of stopping my listening because the reader sounded like a child. I find her voice extremely irritating and had trouble believing the story as told by this childish voice. I struggled to see a twenty-something woman and more a teen in my mind.
Completely ruined the experience for me.

Unfortunately, narration spoilt this book for me. Narrator had a really annoying babyish-girly voice, ugh.
Will try another book by this author but only if by different storyteller

Hard to like main character

There wasn’t enough depth to the main character to like her. There was very little excitement to the story.

What did I jest read? Weird.

The plot was so bizarre. A rich guy who thinks it’s noble to test out future employees by pretending to be homeless and a girl who is accused of some embezzlement sub plot that just lets him in her house and becomes immediate besties. Not to mention the weird other subplot about her parents and family. I love a good cozy romance but I kept thinking the FMC was about to have a mental break. There were cute moments and the setting was good but the story was just bizarre.
