I only listened for Jason..

I listened to the first book because I freaking love Jason Clarke, but everything about that book was pointless and made no sense to me. Initially, Blakely blamed Ashton because she said yes to the dance and got fired. Then she was mad because he didn't call her after his dad had died. To me, that was selfish AF. I lost respect for her character right then and there. I continued to listen to the book because of Jason. Isabella obdurated infuriated me so badly that I practically threw my phone when she spoke. She's not a good person, although fake. I also hate a Martyr. Ashton didn't even like his dad, but all of a sudden he receives a letter from him and decides that his dad is logical and right?? Seriously? Nah. I'm not interested in continuing this book, if this is any indication of what the other two books will be. I'm good. Still a Jason Clarke fan, but this book was a no for me.
