Amazing!

Loved this book, especially love the romance, the strategy despite hiw Op our protagonist is. Can't wait for book 3!!!

Love the progression and the fact that she is not just op but uses her unarmed combat experience to her advantage

Decent, but I hate the romance.

I've never liked romance focus in any story tbh, but here it seems especially strange, both because of the genre and because of the characters own stated quirks and personality from the first book. I find myself spamming skip ahead to get past the pointless sections involving Messy.

Beautifully Crafted

This story had incredibly diverse characters and an intriguing story premise, along with a unique system of magic and combat. The characters, even the minor ones felt like real people with their own wants, hopes, and dreams. The budding relationship between Anna and Messy was akin to the joy of watching a baby bird take its first flight. I would greatly recommend this series and author to anyone who enjoys fantasy books.

Great book

Every thing from the last book ramped up , all the characters have so much personality and I love it. Can’t wait to see what comes next and the VA dose an amazing job
