Sound biblical teaching

Before reading this book I was really struggling with energy psychology mostly because of my lack of understanding about it. I had experienced the results of tapping (EFT), but didn’t understand it and wanted to stay clear of anything new age. However, I wanted others that I work with in my coaching business to receive the benefits without being lead astray into anything not of God. This book answered all of the questions I had along with giving me insights into my walk with Christ that I hadn’t considered.

Took my walk with Jesus to a whole new level!!!

Christians often stay locked tight in the confines of safety bubbles. Did Jesus not resurrect from the dead!!?? Did He not receive all authority over the heavens and the earth? Did He not offer that authority to us, His followers? This book isn’t just a “learn to pray better” book, Sarah brings insights to who we are in Christ and what we are called to do within His Creation and most importantly within His Kingdom. Don’t let the word “Splankna” get in the way of this life altering book! She’ll even help you with that too!

Really appreciate this book

Really enjoyed this one. As a Christian faith-filled practitioner it was great to find someone balanced, educated, and in the field doing the work with her head on straight. I will definitely recommend to other natural health practitioners.

Excellent listen for any Christian interested in Energy work

I really loved this book. It was informative and resonated deeply with my own thoughts about the reality and power of energy work. The author emphasizes that Christians shouldn’t fear or dismiss it but instead approach it with discernment, seeking God’s guidance and honoring Him throughout the process—just as we should in all aspects of life. She is at the forefront of redeeming a powerful tool that God has given us.

Energy Healing - Christians Start Here

As a Christian having delved into energy healing this author expressed similar questions as my husband and I have discussed. Although most of what was written here we (my husband and I) have already dealt with Sarah did a fabulous job summing it all up. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to research energy healing from a Christ centered perspective.
What it boils down to is "to God be the glory" all things created come from our Creator and he alone must receive all glory.
Christians, let's stop living in our "safe spaces" and let's reclaim God's gifts!

Splankna is a beautiful way Jesus offers to traverse our unique "valleys of the shadow of death" with us in His relentless effort to bring us through them into freedom and peace.

I have to read this book!

This book is so packed with information, I have to read it. I am inspired to learn more about quantum physics and energy psychology. It is refreshing to hear God glorified in His creation, an area of science newly tapped into. Exciting!

Absolutely amazing!

Sarah does an AMAZING job of educating the reader enough to have a better understanding of energy work and muscle testing as a Christian. Energy work has primarily been rejected in the church because of its association with the new age movement. Sarah does an incredible job pointing out our responsibility as believers to TAKE BACK what the devil has attempted to claim ownership over! This book is amazingly educational! I’m preparing to attend my first certification class for Splankna and can’t wait to learn and utilize the techniques of Splankna for the good of others and the glory of God!
