I liked getting to know the town folk. the stories a fast paced with no extra fluff. which is great. now I pray the series follow up comes out on audible.

It was so cozy and cute! I enjoyed this series and i can’t wait til spellbound ever after is on audiobook bc i want to hear it!

Still Love the Series But...

I'm not surprised that I've continued to enjoy this series to the end. BUT the way that the main character, Emma, thinks she's so lucky to have her true love became--dare I say it-- gross. Her adoration is very high school-ish, which makes sense on some levels because she's never had a relationship. Now, I love a good love story but my goodness. I'm so glad one of the characters point out that Emma is the prize and her beau, Daniel, is the one who's lucky to have her rather than the other way around. I wanted to enjoy their relationship (because how cool is it that a sorceress and angel are together) but every time she talked about him, I just gagged. I'm still going to continue with the series sequel Spellbound Ever After.

Great Series

Great paranormal fantasy storyline which quickly engages the listener. Loved having multiple books offered together so you can continue in the story without wait. Narrator was superb. Definitely a feel good book.Highly recommend.

Ugh. Daniel

Loved the story kept me engaged the entire time. But Daniel, the love interest, was about as appealing as toast soaked in milk. He had absolutely NO personality. So many interesting characters but he was just boring

Thank goodness his part was intermittent even if the MFC talked and thought about him often

Emma is Annoying

Overall this is a good series and an easy listen. But sometimes I had to stop listening for a while as the main character Emma, becomes so annoying multiple times. The goody goody side, the she is so loving and sees everything in a positive way is overly sickening but tolerable to a fairy tale type story. But even though she is new to town and doesn’t know everything, they make her seem very dumb multiple times and at times it’s intolerable and the book has to be stopped. Again, it obviously wasn’t so horrible that I didn’t continue. But enough that I couldn’t hold back.
