The Princes believe they can protect me. But what they don't understand is that no one is safe in the academy. Not even them.

We've survived one semester of deadly trials, but darker forces are gathering within these ancient walls.

We're all guarding secrets. All hiding bitter truths.

And while hunting for the truth may put my life at risk, it won't stop me from trying.

Who killed my sister?

Why is the stone I've kept hidden suddenly cracking?

And why do the three most powerful shadow weavers in the academy believe I belong to them?

I'm determined to find my answers before the academy claims another victim.

What I don't expect to discover: I'm hiding secrets from myself—secrets that could shatter everything I thought I knew about who I am and what I'm capable of.

***Return to the dangerous halls of Firestone Academy, where romance burns as fiercely as magic, and every alliance comes with a price.***

Spark of Sorcery is the second book in the Firestone Academy series. This story will not complete in book two and contains some scenes that listeners may find challenging.

I love this series. I enjoy RH, but it’s rare for me to find one that is actually plot forward, and not full of spicy scenes every other page. There is spice, but it is sprinkled around in places that actually make sense to the story. The characters are really great, but just put the collar on for Pete’s sake. It’s also refreshing that the group was not completely cemented in the beginning, and they actually comment that the MFC has to make the decision. There is definable growth to the relationships, and nothing comes easily. The writing is fun, but the narrators really make it. IMO,I would not mind if every book I read was done by these voice actors. I feel they really “act” more than others and bring more life into the various characters. Duet style narration which is a plus. It’s rare I actually use a full audible credit without a 2 for 1 sale, but totally worth it. I hate I have to wait so long for the next book.

An actual plot forward why choose”
