Excellent. I'm a Crisis Manager and the tried and true principles are easily applied to a response AND my daily duties of keeping up with multiple projects, demands, and a myriad of varying clients. At the onset of a crisis response, overwhelm is common but can freeze people from taking action. She shares effective and practical insight. I'm so glad that she also narrated it. Full of compassion authenticity and real life hardships, this book delivers practical strategies you can implement right away to get to the next level in business or your personal world.
