This book can change a person’s life. I took so much away from this. You can see the author and her editor deeply cared to make an impact with this book. I can’t recommend it enough. A must read or, in my case, a must listen.

Excellent. I'm a Crisis Manager and the tried and true principles are easily applied to a response AND my daily duties of keeping up with multiple projects, demands, and a myriad of varying clients. At the onset of a crisis response, overwhelm is common but can freeze people from taking action. She shares effective and practical insight. I'm so glad that she also narrated it. It brought even more life to the principles she so passionately believes in. From one WASP admirer and aviation geek to another, awesome job, Carey!
