I love these narrators!

The characters took a few chapters to get into but when I did I really loved it! I didn’t like how Insecure she we but I got used to it.

Anything Christian Fox does is gold!!

This book was pure perfection!!! it stole my heart and captivated me. It is a true love story. ...and the narration .... award winning worthy! Christian Fox and Virginia Rose are beautiful together!

Good Narration - Average Story

The story was average at best. Christian Fox is the reason I selected the book and why I continued to listen to the full audiobook in spite of the storyline. Christian is a well known and superb actor and narrator and he saved the audiobook.

Unsolveable situation... how will there be a HEA?

The story starts off very weak... she's a bimbo... Bridget... can't make good decisions and stand up for herself... but then she's very young. So, maybe that's normal. Annoying to listen to her naive internal babel. BUT Grant... he seems to be a very strong gorgeous successful man but is he?... he makes a move on her when she confessed to being sexually harassed hours before. So, he gives her tequila and makes a move on her. This is how everything starts.... boring eh?

HOWEVER... once you get into the story and find out that Grant is trapped... then the interest begins. I couldn't put the book down. I had to find out how these two people would get together. So, I'm thinking of ways... and couldn't come up with a solution for their HEA. This is what kept me up all night till I finished the book.

Their chemistry is okay I guess... most part of the book they had to refrain from each other because Grant is married. Bummer!! No, I did not reveal anything. No, marriage is not the trap either. It's something more complex.

The narration is just perfect. Virginia Rose and Christian Fox do an amazing job.

Overall, believe it or not, I liked this story better than the first. And, I do recommend this book because the story grips you and makes you want to figure things out... but you won't be able to. It's not predictable!! That's what I loved about this book.

Good Story

Narration was excellent, great story line. This one was about a toxic relationship, finding a new love interest and in the end finding humility. I would have liked to see the female character with just a little more backbone, I thought she might start boiling bunnies (she didn't). I would recommend the book.
