Needed time to get to like the main characters.

The hero is shallow and hard to like when the story begins. It took about four chapters to warm to him. The poor heroin has been through enough from her first husband that you wonder what she sees in Marcel.

Great series

Have enjoyed the story of each family member so far. I will continue until last book.

Disappointed

I have been enjoying this series until this book. First half was great but with the miscommunication between the main characters that stretched on for chapters, the second half dragged.

I believe the story was good ,once I skipped over all
the lust ful scenes .That is ,a blessing with audable
You can navigate ,so you can avoid immoral lluust
and skip that to find the actual story

Another great love story by Many Balogh

I just can say that I love the Wescot series so much!!
And the performance of Rosalyn Landor is perfect!!

It’s a great series

Needed to get accustomed to the accents, but thoroughly enjoyed each book so far. The characters are relatable even though the setting is turn of the century… I love it

Wonderful

A really wonderful story that continues a family saga . A must if you have enjoyed other books in the series.

Viola!

Maybe, It’s because I identify with Viola that I enjoyed this so much. Too often, women of age are passed over. A man and younger woman is accepted but the reverse is shocking and she would be labeled a cougar. Very unfair as the playing field for older ladies is limited before the courting starts.

Ms Balogh is slightly winded but I do believe it’s purposely done to identify the time period. It’s so easy to imagine yourself standing by the cliff side.

Overall, very pleasing.

Heartwarming

A sweet story about second chance love. The characters are wonderful and the narrator brings them to life beautifully.

Never too late for Love

Wonderful story about 2nd chances with family and romantic love. Once again Rosalyn Landor did a more than amazing job of narrating/bringing to life the characters in another fine Mary Balogh book!
