good story

i really enjoyed the premise of this story. there were times the main character becky drove me nuts but overall this was a good story.

After a storm, there’s always a rainbow...

Rebecca is happily married and crazy in love with her husband. While in the bathroom at her husband’s work, she overhears a woman in the phone planning to seduce a coworker who is a married man. Imagine her shock when she realizes that the man in question is HER husband! The woman is obviously making a play for Eric but when Rebecca tells him what she overheard, he doesn’t appear to take it seriously. Fast forward to a dinner party during which Rebecca comes down with the flu...her friends, Leo & Mel are present...as well as the she-devil, Fiona. When Rebecca wakes next morning, she discovers that Fiona has won! Can Rebecca forgive her husband’s infidelity, especially since he claims that he was drunk and thought that Fiona was her? Loved the best friends and how supportive they were of Rebecca and Eric. Great ending.

Emotional!

This book took me on an emotional roller coaster but I loved every second of it. I love that it kept me on my toes. Great story!

Emotional

I was totally involved in this book. People have such black and white views with cheating. This brings a new light to things and makes you think about people and personalities. The narrator did a great job expressing the characters.

🎧Audiobook Obsession

Thought-Provoking!

OMG! Becky and Eric's story is emotional, and hearth-wrenching. This story has triggers: cheating/infidelity. The storyline is an emotional roller coaster, filled with drama, angst, heartbreaking scenes, and twists and turns. Becky is an amazing strong woman. I cried with her, and unlike her, I wasn't able to forgive Eric's mistake. In his defense, Fiona is a despicable she-devil, selfish, self centered, and heartless. Leo and Melanie are amazing, supportive friends. Fortunately, the story has a beautiful HEA. Adelaide Skye did an outstanding job with the narration. If you can deal with the triggers, this story is amazingly well written, and definitely thought-provoking.
