a much darker sequel

a darker tone with fewer laughs than the first. but definitely an amazing story told by an amazing narrator. can't wait for the next one!

Highly Enjoyable and Fun

After a long wait book 2 finally is released in an Audio version. Well worth the wait, The new narrator did an excellent job. Fun action with a twist at the end. If you want a enjoyable ride then this story meets the bill

The plot thickens!

It was even better than the first one. I really like the balance between action and drama. If you haven't listened to the first one: do so. If you have and liked it: listen to this one ;)

Not excited with the ending

The ending did not catch my attention and leave me wanting for more. I will probably pick up he next book but if it does not catch me I am not sure if I will finish it.

Great sequel.

I loved the first book and greatly enjoyed this sequel. The audio was very clear and had just the right emotion in the reading.

Entertaining, but still NSFW or kids

The reader mispronounced "machination". But at least there wasn't loud squelchy swallowing sounds like the first book. Good reading, in general.

Very clever plot and characters. Solid C+/B- for writing style.

I'd read a third book.

way to kill a good book in 30 mins

what could have been a great end off to go into a 3rd book gets butchered and made it so a third book could never happen. just skip the last 30 mins of the audio book and it goes to 4 stars.
