Social skills and people skills - more important than I ever imagined but it was shyness that always held me back. I learnt methods here that really helped me

people person

I have never been what would be described as a people person but since getting both books last month I have now had 4 different people come up to me at work to ask what's happened to me as I seem to have changed so much lately. That should be all I need to say lol

Assertiveness

I got a heap from both books but overall I loved the stuff on assertiveness which is something I have always always struggled with...struggle no more!

Amazing!

I was surprised to see two such good books bundled together. Both were genuinely superb and complimented each other very well altho I have a slight preference for the social skills one.

I feel I learned a lot - I feel more confident and capable now. I tried out some of the methods at work this week and found myself more in control, more assertive (in a good productive way), more charismatic and, for me most importantly, more confident,

Dont often leave reviews but this was so good I felt I should. Armed me with the tools and methods to deal with social situations of all types, especially handy for me as someone who is often shy

Be a people person

Being a people person in this often confusing modern world is not always easy but this is a very useful volume of two books to give us all direction. Excellent narration too.
