Engaging and enlightening

What a great way to demonstrate the tactics of the enemy and how he works against us and God’s will and desire for our lives. Highly recommend!

The perspective was excellent. I didnt like that I missed some in the middle because of environment. Ill have to listen again

I want to buy it for every woman I know

Just like in the original Screwtape Letters, the author clarifies so many tricks and techniques of the devil in such an interesting, letter-style way that I barely wanted to stop listening to process what I’d heard.

It’s been ages since I’ve read anything that simultaneously puts in stark contrast exactly what the devil does and how he ensnares us, exactly the truth of God’s way, AND encouraged and uplifted me at the same time. It’s rare to find such clear and compassionate correction in the spiritual life, but this book does it beautifully.

I read it along with a friend and we bonded over past struggles, growth we’ve made, current difficulties, and ways we knew we needed to make changes after reading. I highly recommend listening at the same time as a friend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this book was very relatable and helpful for my spiritual life. I definitely recommend that you give it a try.

I wish every woman could read this book! A few chapters didn’t apply to me but so many people came to my mind I wish would read this! Such a great book!!

This is a much needed book for the modern woman trying to have it all, while trying to live a Christian life.
