This book goes into more detail about rental investing for the short term while also warning you about common mistakes so you don't have to make them. No brainer if you are a beginner!

There is some great introductory advice for the beginning investor. Well worth the listen. It is hard to rate the narration of an informative book except to say that the speaking was clear and precise.
