Loved it!

This series is awesome! Lots of excitement, mystery and laughter. In one scene, I could swear that I felt the wind on my face, it was so descriptive that I was completely immersed. Starting book 3 now!

Wonderful story

Book 2 is highly entertaining with a rag tag crew of supes testing their abilities against the academy’s trials in order to determine whether or not they are worthy of additional training. The crew maybe young but there isn’t much in the way of the teenage against and typical words ( thank goodness)! Wilde is freaking hilarious! The storyline is action packed and fast paced. The characters are likable and believable! The story ends on a cliffhanger. The narrator did a fantastic job!

Dangerous times, but there's unicorns!

Wild continues to avoid drawing attention to herself. One of her teammates goes missing, only for her to realize that he's not the only one. Wild also gets confirmation that she's in danger. She continues with her trials dealing with a troll, shifters & unicorns. Her secret is getting harder to keep hidden and she's discovering more about herself that's not normal.

Great narration to a great book!! always a fan! Kf Breene is a favorite! !

Still in the culling trials, Wild's gender is becoming known. Her group grows closer, and although Ethan pretends to be the leader, Shade is moving into that role. Ethan continues to cheat to win, taking credit he didn't earn. Students are going missing. Rory has been a student in the Academy. He tried to protect Shades brother, and has appointed himself to protect Shade. He also is a Shade, and very good at it. Wild and her friends set out to find the missing students, not only in general, but because Gregory Goblin is one of them and Wild saw him taken. Now I'm off to but Book 3.

Magic, mystery, heart and action... fantastic!

Book 2 picks up directly where book 1 left us hanging off the hook!
Khristine Hvam brings the all the voices, excitement, emotions, and danger of the trials and makes the story truly come to life. Being a Texas girl, she has Wild's twang down, and really pulls the character traits out of each side character with a new voice for each.
Again, it's one thrill ride with the newfound magic of Harry Potter and the brutal trials of the Hunger Games, with a main character so full of wit, snark, and heart it's fun to just fun to see what will happen next. Wild is tough as nails, creating one heck of a band of misfits, that remarkably work together, and then shaping them into a formidable team. When she's outed as a girl, things get interesting, and a new mystery develops she's bound and determined to solve.
I'm about to dive into book 3! Go grab this and find something to do, because you won't want to turn it off!

continuously good series

really enjoying this series and its many twists and turns. Very thankful book 3 is out as this ends on a (funny to me) cliffhanger & will be starting it after I leave this review.
Kudos to the narrator, as she shows off her talent with the many variety of voices (I'm going to look for other audios from her) and she really keeps the book moving and interesting.

Exciting series!

The mystery is real! And it’s getting good! I’m loving everything about this series so far! It would make a great set of movies or an awesome show on Netflix. I can’t wait to find out more and more about this world!

Billy's Secret is Out!!

What a ride! This book takes us for a fun and exciting ride! missing students, seeing Wylde biggest secret being discovered by a few more people and seeing her kick ass! About to dive into book 3!

Better than the first book

This book was a lot less basic than the first. The characters seem a lot more real than the first book as well. My only critique is that there was a couple moments where the characters did things that Didn’t seem like them.
