Ugh!
I tried to listen to this book 3 times but kept putting it aside. I absolutely do not have anything good to say. I really like other writers to whom this one is compared but can’t handle this one. It’s SO dark & ugly & doesn’t move fast enough. I was also instantly turned off by the narrator. His voice is very low & rumbly without enough variation. The narration plus the story line gave me the willies.
