Enjoyable Finale

So, Ricky Ruiz was a boss! Nice love story between he and Desiree, and it’s always good to see how the Golden crew is doing. Plus, Pandora was finally revealed. With that ending, we will be getting more from Cypress Pointe?

So so good definitely worth a credit not done, though there’s still more story to tell. So I hope the author will keep going because their books are amazing. There’s never a dull moment always entertaining. Definitely a must.♥️♥️♥️Mechele

Through all the nooks about the Golden Crew I have had a love hate relationship with Ricky. Hearing his story with Des made me love him all over again. This definitely brought closure to so many loose ends in this series. That epilogue was amazing, but also frustrated me more. #TheFlockVIPReviewTeam

Definitely 5 Stars For Me!

l adored Ricky and Dez together. And their story did not disappoint I loved every minute of it. I couldn't get enough of all the twists and turns. This was a great ending to the Kings of Cypress Pointe series. I completely loved the ending and how everything was tied together. The chemistry between her and Ricky was fire. Awesome read.

My favorite book out of this entire series, which is so weird for me to say because this has the surprise pregnancy trope which is not a fave of mine. But this… this was perfection and holy hot fudge, Ricky as a dad? 🥵🥵 good lort, is it hot in here??

The Pandora reveal though.. I did not expect it to be who it was, and I did not like the reveal or the person behind the computer screen. Like I was expecting a jaw drop at who it was, but instead it was more of an eye roll 🙄

It’s okay

This was just okay for me. I feel like the heroine is missing in here lol. At the beginner it was very good but once she’s at his house, her character doesn’t really exist much. Lacie and Michael did an excellent job at narrating

What a way to end this series!

I fell for these characters throughout the 6 books, I definitely didn't want it to end but I am so happy we got an amazing ending and finale to this fantastic world these two authors created and took us on a journey through. I will say Book 5 is still my all-time favorite of the series, but I still really enjoyed book 6 with Ricky and Dez and their unorthodox love story.

I knew I was gonna fall for Ricky but I didnt realize how hard I would! He is a total cinnamon roll/squishy dangerous man haha. The way he loves and protects Dez, even if he didnt start out on the right foot and could have gone about it in a more civilized manner (not that Dez would have listened to him anyway haha), and their child is adorable and so heartwarming. I know I would love a man like that for me in real life. The way he always was looking out for his family, trying to get a couple steps ahead to keep everyone he loved safe. I mean he isn’t 100% clean and with how he was raised and the life he has to live, it made total sense. He doesnt do the things he does for no reason, there is a motive for all his tough choices and most of the time its to protect his loved ones. I also loved his relationship with the council and his 2nd in commands. I appreciated how the story flowed when it came to the bad guys how things ended. I will say we don’t get a super clean explanation about Des’s dad do we, or did I miss it? I know we got an explanation about Ricky’s relative’s murder.

I enjoyed Dez and he tough attitude but how much she softened to Ricky. Their love was fun to get lost in and see grow despite all the circumstances. Some of her choices didnt really match the personality we had gotten but overall I enjoyed her as an MC. I LOVED LOVED LOVED all the cameos. It made my heart so happy. The epilogue was amazing too. I loved getting to see more of the familiar ties Ricky and the Goldens grew since earlier in the series. How things came full circle for this “made family”, specially with who was with who in different parts of the story haha. I loved that we got a great wrap-up and I didnt see Pandora coming. Not gonna lie, my jaw dropped. I instantly wanted to re-listen to see the clues/hints and connect the dots for myself haha. Overall, amazing story and hope we get some check-ins in the future maybe in box sets or maybe a 2nd generation in this universe 😉.

Narration was great, I felt the emotions (so many because of all the ups and downs and crazy events haha) and easily devoured this in a smaller amount of time then I usually do these audiobook sizes. I felt so much when Dez went through the really tough part (no spoilers from me) and when Ricky found out the news and rushed to be by her side. When they found out the sex of the baby, when they realized their love what’s just physical but they grew to be there for each other. When he helped bathe her. The narrators really got into their characters and brought them to life. I didnt want to leave the world ❤️

This is a dark romance. You will need to heed the warnings in the beginning of the book.
If you have read the other five books then you know just who Ricky is and were probably like me and needed to know all you could know about him and more. He's mentioned in every book I do believe but never enough to really know him. I was so excited to open this book and dive in. Ricky hasn't live in Cypress Pointe for a while but now he is back and when a certain night leads to a pic on the internet of Dez buying a pregnancy test then he is there to stay and she is going to stay with him weather she likes it or not. That Pandora is at it again and always making people's lives as crazy as they can possibly be. Now here is where I knew I already liked Dez. The girl was on a mission though to avenge her fathers death because she just knows that Ricky family or maybe even Ricky had something to do with it. She gives a whole new meaning to the word sleeping with the enemy and while Ricky's reaction to have her moved in to his house locked in a room was not the best thing he ever could have done it was a great way for us to get to know the real Ricky and the Ricky he is outside of the many hats he has to wear to run his family. There are quiet a few things that go on in this book and I don't want to spoil anything but I do have to say that you are going to fall so in love with Ricky and will totally understand the man and why he is the way he is. It is so hard to remember that the guy is just twenty two. I think it always surprises me when I think about it. He is ruthless and protective of the ones he loves and I have to say I respected him for getting his hands dirty when he had to handle things with his family. But the Ricky we get when he is with Dez is the Ricky we all need in our lives. I loved him so much and I have to say this guy has a heart of gold and just gosh I could gush about him for day. This book as you would expect if you have been reading the series is dark and gritty at times but the moments with Dez are just amazing and so so swoon worthy. HE in my opinion turned out to be one of the most amazing male characters in the series. I also have to say that I have to shut up or I will gush about him forever and start telling you things that you don't really need to know. AND this is the huge reveal of Pandora and I'd be lying if I said I figured it out because I was so far off in left field I'm surprised I was even in the ball field. I do not think that anyone is ever going to be able to figure this bad boy out. But I also have to admit I finished this book a little freaked out too. I hope that means more Cypress Point stories for us because I could listen to a million books in this world.
The Narrator's did an amazing job bringing this book to life too.
