A journey of integration

I completed “reading” this book in the Upper Continum while driving from Santa Rosa to Portland. I stayed thoroughly engaged & fascinated, looking inward at what my self-expression could yield in tapping and disarming my blocks & eddies to allow my own powerful energies to flow. I am a yes to unfolding who I can be as an unleashed & fully integrated BEing breathing life with every breath. Thank You Julie for opening the windows and letting in fresh air❣️

Such an important book!

This book has been a gift to our household, with two teen girls about to venture out and meet the world and find their own sexuality. It gave me the courage & knowledge to use it for conversation starters such as chapter 4 about online porn and the link to video games.

And for me as a mother it has helped me identify the unhealthy beliefs I held that did not serve me or my marriage.
