In his attempt to save Hearthmire and make the surrounding land safe for Tialha, he made an even greater enemy than he ever thought possible. After an ultimatum of sorts, Exium must embark on a journey to the kingdom of Tolengard to broker peace or risk watching everything he worked for burn.
Tialha is still getting used to having both her tank and name back within her control when the situation dictated circumstances and left her to rebuild from the ruins of the siege while managing a frightened population looking to her for direction.

Love the world of Serra!
I thoroughly enjoyed being lead deeper into this beautiful world. The new characters introduced were all great fun to meet (I like the kitty the best) and listening to it all being brought to life, was reminiscent of playing an awesome and entrancing MMORPG. I can't wait to find out the fate of Exium, Tialha, Zeke and the crew! Thank you, Mr. Northcutt and you, Mr. Shedlock!

Worth the Wait!
I really enjoyed listening to this book! I've been waiting for so long for this installment and it's really worth the wait. The story was very well-written, witty, humorous, and very exciting. I really enjoyed learning more about the world of Serra. And of course, the great mix of characters, I adore them! Ryne is my favorite! He is such a fun one.
Mr. Aaron Shedlock was brilliant with the narration! His accent work is just simply amazing! Well done, sir!
