Too many testimonies. Well elaborated arguments in favor of autosuggestion at the alpha level. Simple approach to medicine without the need to be blunt or macabre.

Excellent Content, Narrator

I always wanted to know more about Mr. Coue, but found the reading tiresome. The narration by Horowitz was very well done, and it was obvious he cared about the subject matter. I intened to listen to this many times, a keeper!

Fantastic information, fantastic narration

Mitch Horowitz is a perfect narrator, the information just flows with our distracting you. Chapter 5 describes what this & how to apply it and it is simply something everyone should know & practice. Love it!
