All Moms Need This!
I loved this! I am so happy I took the time to listen to this for myself. Self care is so important especially as a busy mom balancing work and home life. I found these strategies extremely helpful and learned a lot of new ones I hadn't thought of . I really like that it included budget friendly ideas for self care as well. Great narration!

Great self-care book!
Even though the audiobook states it's for moms, it can be for anyone really. I recommend listening to chapter 1 "the importance of self-care" a few times. You must practice self-care if you plan on making it through this life! Highly recommend this audiobook and will be sharing with my friends and family!

Self Love
I bought this book as a gift for my wife, she is a SAHM and runs a small business so she literally works 24/7. I wanted her to slow down and pay more attention to herself and this audiobook is perfect for her to listen to while she’s doing one thing or another, perfect to remind her how amazing and worthy she is!

Must read for EVERYONE
This book is great for any parent or caretaker no matter your general. After reading this book, I definitely have a lot more respect for any parent and caretaker. It truly does take a whole village to raise a child. This audiobook was such an easy lesson and the concepts resonate a lot with how I'm currently feeling as a first-time mom. I've implemented quite a few of Youn's tips and it has definitely made being a first-time mom so much easier. I would recommend this to anyone who's a first-time parent or anyone who needs helps to recharge their internal battery.
ALSO: I love and appreciate the free PDF file as well, it makes it easier to follow along with the tips that Youn suggests.
