Good story Dry narrator

The story was nice and short but was hard to listen at the beginning of the story because of the way the narrator was over pronunciating his words. Making the story hard to get through the beginning chapters. Although the narrator stinks at a female's voice when he is reading he does a very good job at doing a male voice.

Annoying narrator

Why. Does. The narrator.. Seem to think. He needs. To punctuate. Every. Couple of words. It is very. Annoying.

Not a fan of most male narrators for the entire book, when the female character has a strong part.

Story was not bad, just not much depth. Has a beginning and an semi end. Lots missing. Very choppy. could have been a good story, but lacking. Also, some creepy sexual harassment themes. Seriously?

Meh

For a short story, it isn't bad. I prefer more depth but this could have been enjoyable. The main drawback for me was the narrator. He had a nice voice, but not for this type of book. If there had been a female narrator for the FMC's POV chapters, it would have been okay. His male voice was passable. For what I was expecting to be a sexy story, his voice put me off from the very beginning. The story wasn't nearly as steamy as I thought it would be. Only mild steam. I have not finished the series yet, but I'm glad the other 2 books have different narrators.
