This was perfectly awesome as hell, and what twisted shocking end. very cool! Wow, just wow. So shocking, and creepy fun! amazing!

What a great listen

From the narrator to the characters, I loved every piece of the story, as a kid that slept in a basement room and had an overactive imagination, the author captures the dread of being alone in a creepy cellar perfectly. The fear and anxiety of being in a home that caused you trauma is captured perfectly in the mom. This was great and I am looking forward to book 2

A fantastic creepy little story, and a great debut from an author I'll definitely be following.

So many great twists and turns, and clever misdirection! It absolutely kept me on my toes and I loved every minute of it.
