Great story

The story was great. The narrator was good. I can wait to read more in the series

Explosively action-packed goodness !!!

This story continues on from the first book and wow explosive it is. Margaret is off to her sister Sam's wedding reception. Chase introduces her to someone he was in the military with and oh my he is a huge man, err bear? Scott knows the minute he takes a whiff of Margaret that she is his and he almost ruins it and his bear won't have it. This story then explodes with action, fear, hotness and so much more. The council is in town and things just are not going well. Margaret is taken and all heck breaks loose for Scott and his Bear. Can he get her back? Can Scott protect Margaret? And will she allow him too? So many emotions in this story. I loved it and can't wait to listen to the next one. The narrator does a fantastic job with each of the characters and makes the story come to life.

HEA

I enjoyed this story, better than book 1. This is a HEA, but it does jerk on your emotions. It does not have a cliffhanger (yay!). The ending leads up to the next book in the series.

The world building is amazing!
The characters ,the politics, the emotions...
I love the narrator..his voice brings the characters to life!
I can just listen to the narrator for hours and hours!
A great job by both the author and the narrator!

Danger, Violence & Steamy Fated Mates Passion

I have to say that book two of this series really kicks things into high gear. I do recommend that you enjoy the books in this series in order because there is an overarching story that is building and unfolding over the course of the series. Also, I want to give a heads up here that there are some situations in this book that could be too much for some readers or even triggers for others. These include kidnapping, , torture, sexual and physical assault. While I would not classify these situations as overly graphic they were fairly intense, so be informed before reading. I thought Margaret and Scott's story was quite engaging and filled with excitement. We do get a lot of those answers that were left unaddressed at the ending of book one and I was very happy about that. The romance portion of the book offered a enjoyable blend of emotion, heat,humor and sweetness, while the overall story is gritty and filled with danger, action, violence, murder, drama, suspense, some straight up crazy and the brewing war between the packs and the ruling royal council. I'm eager to check out more of this series.

Loved it ! A love story that hits the heart. Family is the most important thing in the end. A must read. Can't wait for the next book...

Great Book

This book was so good. The narrator did a fantastic job.
The mystery, suspense and love are all there.
Scott and Margaret take on responsibility that they never saw coming. I loved the book in both print and audible.

Things Are Heating Up in the Series!

Between a wedding and the start of a war with the council, things are really heating up in this series. This is the second book in the series and focuses on Scott and Margaret but you'll see lots of familiar faces as well as new ones too. The action and suspense in the story will have your attention as you wait to see what unfolds next.
The narrator did a great job once again distinguishing the different voices especially between human and animal. It was at a great pace and full of emotion. The voice he used for Scott has a delicious accent and is nice and deep as you'd expect for giant bear shifter.
