This is s beautifully written and narrated account of Benjamin Hall’s challenging journey from critical injuries to restoration.
Hall tells the compelling story without embellishment. At each turn, he remembers and expresses gratitude for all those who surrounded him. His love of family and his faith were constant beacons of hope throughout the story.
I would recommend this book to anyone, but especially those who are striving to overcome their own challenges.

Incredible Story

Benjamin provides an insiders view of a hungry war reporter who goes to the ends of the earth to bring you and me the truth of bad actors in foreign lands. His sacrifice alongside warriors on the battlefield spilled over to bringing us an insiders view of the incredibly difficult journey through recover and the struggles of making it home. His story is one of tragedies and triumphs and we are blessed to be invited along.

Inspiring

I do not know how someone can be so motivated to put themselves in such danger. Ben is truly inspiring to demonstarate all challenges can be acheived. Just move forward and adapt on the go. Go for it! If you want it bad enough than it can be done.

Fascinating!

I never knew or understood why a person would want to be a war correspondent placing themselves in harms way. Benjamin Hall tells a fascinating story about his injuries and his amazing recovery!
