Very relaxing

I have an anxiety disorder and for some reason this audio always calms my mind. I don't know if it's Deepak's voice or the actual words. Perhaps it's just he concentration on the story. It's very metaphorical and interesting. I highly recommend this audiobook. I have one other title by Dr. Chopra which is pretty good but I like this one the most.

Excellent for the Psyche & soul

Deepak Chopra has a soothing voice with a heavy accent, but when I just stopped trying to remember the passages and just listened this measure of healing versus and sound did what Chopra said it would do; bring me a calming less fearful and fulfilling empowerment to be who I am because there is true peace in realizing this...

Just listen don't think understanding is within you....
