Virtual voice read the book so not deterred with criticisms of those who read actual words. The class rules of the aristocracy & commoner are dealt with. However ever thinking in that period that a person from the aristocracy could marry another aristocrat but actually have a lover as a commoner is utterly ridiculous. It’s dealt with twice in the story. No one is thinking of offspring from such alliances. Absolutely would not work! Of course secrets allow the conflicts to occur & be worked out in the end. Would have been better to just stick to Evan & Emma’s story.

Unlikely ending for a Regency romance
