Gang life isn't for everyone, but a b*tch in colors always looks good.
The West Side Wolves claim to be a brotherhood, but what do they do when a sister walks in demanding their attention?
To everyone else, stepping into the Wolf Den was an epic mistake, filled with consequential betrayals. But to me, it was a necessity and I’m more than prepared to take on the vile evils that come with the territory because, in the end, it gets me one step closer to taking down Dominic Garcia.
The b*tch is back. It’s kill or be killed. Ride or f*cking die.
Every step I take drags me further and further away from my life with Colton. I’m taking hit after hit and time is officially ticking. I just hope that what we have is strong enough to pull us through to the other end because Colton Carrington is my end game.
It’s time to stand up for what I believe in and make my move.
It’s now or never. Fate won’t wait for anybody.
The end is near; I feel it in my bones. But after all is said and done, where does that leave us, and who will be left standing?

Rejects Paradise, Book 4
By: Sheridan Anne

Wow, this book just blew me away, I loved the first three books of this series and have been looking forward to find out what was going to happen next, especially after the twisted and mind-blowing ending in “Barbie” if you have not started this series yet be sure to start with the first book, “Tough Sh*t” and then enjoy them in order. I highly recommend this binge worthy series, once you start you find yourself so immersed in the story and it becomes difficult to put the book down, you just need to know what happens next. It has been great to follow these characters and watch them grow, I have been rooting for Ocean and Colton since the beginning, they had come a long way and then she went and did the unthinkable, she walks in the Wolf Den with plans to take out the person who betrayed her and broke her heart. She realizes she made a huge mistake and is in way over her head, but Ocean being Ocean runs with it and does not back down or show any weakness. She is afraid she alienated her boys but they did right by her and they let Colton know, Colton has her back and will always do what is best for her. I loved how everything played out in this book, the action packed story is brilliantly plotted with plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and some hot romance. Sheridan Anne, thank you for one of the best series in 2021 I loved every minute of it!
🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Sheridan Anne could have had a better cast to bring her characters and story to life. Lessa Lamb and Blake Lockheart are fabulously talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They have a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, giving each a voice that fits the characters’ persona to a tee, sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured the character to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and projected them into their performance. These wonderfully entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to.

But, all in all, this was better storytelling so the few times I skipped forward during Ocean’s never ending inner monologues didn’t seem as bothersome.
Much better!

We have made it to the end of this series, and I have to say, this book will give you so many feels. I loved seeing the process that Ocean went through to address her little surprise. She really thought through all her options to find the solution that was best for her. I also have to say that Ocean was a rather bad B in how she handled the Wolves. Great ending to the series.
The narrator does a wonderful job of being this story to life.

Colton is just perfect: rich, sexy, loyal, intelligent and true alpha male. Watching him support Ocean through every move she made was amazing!
Nico was just as raw and lethal as he’s always been. Leader of Black Widows with no apologies! That end though. Watch out Roni cuz he is coming ❤️🔥
Ocean I have mixed feelings for. While her inner monologue is hilarious it is often repetitive. I actually found her to be quite annoying. She claims to grow up in gangs, know they are violent and her boys are killlers yet went to the wolves for what?! Yes Nic killed her father but he truly had no choice. She was disloyal by selling him out. Then surprised when the answer of the wolves was death and violence, as if what else could it be.
I wasn’t too happy with the paternity plot. While I like how it brings up adoption I was so excited when I thought Colton might be the father and felt the plot should have gone that way especially since we originally believed it was Jude’s baby anyway. That whole storyline just felt unnecessary and just made me angry as a reader.
Lessa Lamb did an amazing job as narrator but as a reader I really want to hear a male voice for his parts. Dual narration is the best part of an Audiobook. I loved hearing Blake’s voice and wish I had gotten more of it.
Damn this book!
