Game changing book
For me, I really clicked with Richards background, his way of thinking, and outlook on conquering the path in front of you. I listen this book few weeks ago and it sparked a big interest in listening biographies. This book was eye opening, inspiring, and I really enjoyed how Richard 'Kept it real.

Inspiration ahead!
As a business owner myself, I highly recommend this book. Richard proves that you can do things right, treat people well, and still be highly successful. And, according to Richard, have a ton of fun in the process (I'm still working on that one!).
