Best author ever

Ok friends I have been studying this topic for years and no one explains it as plain and simply as Barbara. I also think she’s the only woman who writes about this topic so she comes from a loving mama place. She also gives examples from past clients, so I a was able to have an aha moment about carrying stress in my throat. I used to do chakra exercises but for me they didn’t work. However, it felt good knowing that I get it there from being beat up as a kid for opening my mouth too much. The other aha moment I got was from mirroring. I’ve always known the world is my mirror. In other words, if we attract abuse look within because you are abusing yourself with your own voice. In other words you don’t attract what you desire, you attract who you are. But she said people you envy or are jealous of usually mirror a power within you. And I thought wow she’s so right not sure why that never occurred to me. But honestly she also teaches a lot of CBT techniques you can use especially if you’ve never seen a therapist. I used to tell my friend’s about how fascinating Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book was not realizing it was incredibly complex to the average person. My friends who are six figure women were like English please. Most rewire brain books are like this, so if you’ve been interested in the topic, but the books were too complicated GET THIS ONE! She will inspire you. She will love you and she will teach you everything you can so that you find your way and succeed. I’ve read her Six Figure Earners book and loved it too. She loves taking us on a journey with her clients and it’s always nice seeing women uplifting women. But more importantly, you always find ones you can relate to. Definitely a MUST READ!!! Absolutely LOVED it! Don’t hesitate just BUY it. And I think this is my hubby’s account but this review is from a woman 😂

Very useful book !

One of the best books that teach you about money. It helped me a lot to recognize and rewire some obstacle thoughts in my financial life. Im taking serious steps toward my financial freedom and this book just appeared in the right time.
I’m going to listen to it again after a couple of weeks.
