Another great read!

This is a favorite series of mine as C. Hope Clark brings the island and the characters to life each time. The characters are well developed and you can read this book without having read the previous books. The plot twists kept me guessing until the end. A thoroughly enjoyable read.

What a listen

This novel was another intriguing listen. Ms Clark did an awesome job narrating this novel.
As the author she knew the exact voice she wanted the listener to hear and narrated the characters to perfection.
Five worthy stars all around.

The Edisto chief of police comes through again.

Loved hearing the author's voice recounting this tale of bickering high school classmates go at each other while trying to organize a reunion. No one is safe from the mud slinging. Or the bullets.

One of my best listens this year!

Excellent writing combined with superb narration made this book hard to put down! When a committee gathers on Edisto to to plan a class reunion, the comittee members expect to have fun; and they do, until one of them disappears. The author stirs in an unsolved murder from their high school days; and, before you know it, you're pulled into the story and can't escape. I'll read another book from this series soon!

C.Hope Clark continues to impress!

I love the characters that C. Hope Clark has crafted and once again we are pulled right into Callie’s world, juggling well thought out characters that are bound to make you believe that you actually might know them already, and a story line that keeps shifting, keeping you hooked until the end.
