Loved it! Steamy and charming!

I truly enjoyed reading Restraint by Adriana Locke when it was first released, so when I had the opportunity to listen to the audiobook, I was very excited. It is always a different experience to listen to a story and let me tell you, Wen Ross and Kelsey Navarro did an absolutely amazing job brining Blaire and Holt’s story to life. I could not stop listening!

We first met Blaire as the sister to the amazing Gibson boys. This is a standalone and can be read without reading The Gibson Boys series, though I highly recommend those as well! Blaire is a workaholic who is determined and smart. Holt is a man used to getting what he wants. For both of them, their work is important, but so is their family. Their chemistry is instant and intense, but with lives already complicated, could this lead to anything more?

I just loved listening to Restraint by Adriana Locke. Holt and Blaire’s story was fun, sexy, steamy and a bit angsty. I loved and cannot wait to read and/or listen to more about the Mason family!

Mason Family Series!

Restraint (Mason Family Series, Book 1) is a new series to love. Blaire and Holt's story was entertaining, flirtatious and with a morsel of angst. I absolutely love The Gibson Boys series and was excited that Blaire Gibson was getting her own story in this new series. I loved the cameo appearances & chats about the Landry's and The Gibsons. I loved meeting the new supporting characters and I'm looking forward to learning more about Holt's brother’s. Holt's character is compelling, complex and smokin hot. Blair is a compelling, passionately independent heroine. The chemistry, cute banter and mixture of emotions are blended together creating a euphoric listening experience. Adriana Locke's writing style is pulls you in Grim the beginning to the very end. Looking forward to listening to the next audio in this contemporary romance series.

Wen Ross, Kelsey Navarro nailed the narration. Absolutely loved the dual narration performance by these two talented voice artists. Kelsey captured Blaire's character perfectly. Her inflection was smooth and very easy listening. Wen Ross's deep baritone is intoxicating and easy listening.

Fantastic Story & Narration🎧Gripping & Heartfelt!

I loved everything about this book, from Adriana Locke’s wonderful writing style to the story and characters she created to the perfectly casted narration. The story grabbed my attention right from the start and held it straight to the end. The characters are complex and nicely developed, they were likable, easy to relate to and connect with. I love how these characters have connections and/or relations with characters from some of Adriana Locke’s other books, you do not have to have read those books to enjoy this I just think it is cool that they are all from the same world one way or another, plus they area all amazing characters. This book is the first in an exciting new series featuring the Mason Brothers. Holt Mason lives in Savannah, GA and is all about his family business, he works hard and has little time to play or get involved in relationships. Blaire Gibson, an attorney in Chicago is a workaholic and has not social life at all, her brothers got her to take a short vacation to take some time for herself. She bumps into a gorgeous man while in the Airport, they have a short conversation and he, Holt Mason, was taken with her. But he did not get her number. Fate has them meeting up again, when she drops off some papers at the Landry’s and Holt is there for a meeting. I loved the chemistry between these two, while she tried to deny it and push him away he convinces her to go out with him and it turns out to be a hot one night stand. But one night was not enough for either. I loved how everything plays out in this book, from the growing relationship to their insecurities and resistance to having a relationship. The story is beautifully plotted and contains a whole lot of heart. Adriana Locke, thank you for another wonderful story and the emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the wonderful narration, Wen Ross and Kelsey Navarro are talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They did an awesome job portraying the characters as they bring them to life. They grasp each of their personas and make the role their own. I adored Wen’s Holt and his southern charm and Kelsey’s Blaire was perfection too. Both were great playing the secondary characters as well. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture the characters emotions and project them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this awesome listen 🎧

a great read!

I was so excited when this audiobook was released! I am a big fan of Adriana Locke's books and Restraint is another great read.

Blaire is the sister from the Gibson Boys series and I was excited when I found out she would have her own book. Sparks fly between Blaire and Holt that lead to one night together. Of course, this is not the end of their story and the chemistry between them is undeniable the more time they spend together.

The story kept my attention and I liked Blaire and Holt together. The narrators were perfectly cast for these characters. Based on this story I hope there's more to come for them!

If you are a fan of the author's other series too, you will love the cameos and nods to them. If not you can read this as a standalone without missing a thing.

Great start to a new series!

Blaire and Holt's story kicks off a new series and I'm excited to get all of these stories! We met Blaire in the Gibson brother series and I was excited to get her story. Ms. Locke does a great job of interconnecting worlds and introducing us to yet another world we won't be able to live without. These story will give you all the feels as Blaire and Holt both realize there is so much more to life than work. I enjoyed their story and love this new world! Can't wait to get more!

The narrators did a great job bringing this story to life. I felt like they added so much to my enjoyment of the story. Great listen!

A entertaining, fun Listen with great narration.
When workaholic Blair is forced to take a holiday in Savannah she meets Holt or should I sat bumps into him at the airport and who would have thought bumping into a stranger at the airport could change your life, your values and leave you questioning yourself....
A chance meeting between 2 strangers leads to a night of passion and so much more , both Blair and Holt have no time for relationships but fate seems to have other plans for them so will these 2 workaholics take a leap into the unknown.....
This book ticked all my boxes, the attraction was instant, the chemistry intense and banter was funny and witty. I was captivated from the first page and I was left wanting more Holt and more Blaire because I fell hard and fast for this couple. I’m so excited for this new series and I can’t wait for more Mason’s in my life. I highly recommend this gem.
Wen Ross and Kelsey Navarro did a wonderful job bringing one of my favourite books to life .

Chemistry Filled Fun Listen!

Blair and Holt had such chemistry from the beginning and Wen and Kelsey did an amazing job portraying their characters. This is a must read and listen book from the amazing Mason World. Now I’m anxious to listen to the next audio from the laugh out loud Mason Family.

Narration is great. Love this series.

Holt and Blaire are great together. I couldn’t help cheer for them. Blaire broke my heart when she discussed her past. To go through their journey to find each other was wonderful. I hated to put this book down and I can’t wait for Coys book. Lincoln Landry will always be my favorite but can’t wait to meet all the masons. Adrianna Locke did not disappoint and now put another series of mist in my list.
