A fun read !!

Main character is a typical cocky rogue, fun adventurous. Hilarious. Fun story to pass the time. Luke Daniels performance adds depth to the characters and enhances the storyline.

Most enjoyable. A good space opera series. Jace Hughes is a very dynamic character. The way he overcome obstacles is fantastic and a great laugh. Luke Daniels, of course brought all the individual characters to life with his superb performance/narration. The plot is excellent and the enemies were challenging. Very well written and I am glad I got the boxed set of the first two books. I am looking forward to the next boxed set of books 3 and 4. Well worth the credit. Thank you Audible for the boxed sets.

One of my first audiobooks and couldn't be happier. Cant wait to get to the next chapter.

The books are great. I can’t wait to download the next bundle. Like Daniels, need I say more. He brings every book to life. Hands down best narrator!

Like listening to a new Firefly story!

Luke Daniels sounds kinda like Nathan Fillion and Jace Hughes acts like Malcolm Reynolds, so these books have been a treat to listen to!

Great choice if you're jonesing for firefly

You can easily see this being in the same, or at least a similar, universe as the venerable Joss Whedon classic. It's not identical, and that's a good thing.

Not great literature, just fun

I'm hooked. JN Chaney has created a storyline that is fun, fun, fun. Luke Daniels is fabulous in his narration also. For a sci-fi fan, this series will never be great literature, but who cares? The story is engaging (in my opinion more so because the characters are allowed to curse) and totally satisfying.
